Gracias por las dos semanas que estuve en esta escuela. Yo he aprendido mucho y Alma ha sido una maestra paciente y con buen humor.
Voy a echar de menos todo! Tu, mi maestra, los otros estudiantes y también este lugar (incluyendo el árbol de limas donde me senté con Alma todos los días).

Now that I have met you, I can see why you are so good at your chosen profession. While still in Canada I could hardly believe how quick you were to respond to emails - night or day. And to answer muchas preguntas!

Mi amiga Ana,
Thank you so much for assisting myself and Vicki in our travels to Guatemala, Antigua and lake Atitlán. The driver from Guatemala City was prompt and professional. The school is very comfortable and friendly. I believe you must know everyone first by the way you matched up student and teacher. I very much enjoyed studying Spanish with Lesvia - she is very professional and intelligent and also has a cheerful personality. The other students were fun to get to know. My Spanish has certainly improved and my understanding of the language. I also enjoyed the learning about the culture by staying at the home stay - the family is delightful!
Thanks again - I hope to return and will come back to Antigua Plaza Spanish school.

Everything about your school met and exceeded my expectations. From the pick up at the airprort and providing me with a wonderful family to live with (who prepared delicious food) to the well thought-out classes (with complimentary coffee/tea/cookies) and beautiful scenery, my time in Antigua has been nothing but excellent! I cannot believe how much I have learned in one week as both Lesvia and Brenda are kind, caring, outstanding teachers. Thank you for always being so organized, prepared and genuinely caring. I have really enjoyed learning and geting to know each of you and this beautiful place. wish I could stay longer!

Our stay in Antigua has been great and mostly because of Ana and Sarita. We learned some great things about the city and Guatemala and besides that we can now speak a bit of Español. Thanks to our wonderful Sarita!! We are sad that we can´t tay any longer in this beautiful spot but we´re sure we will see each other again some day in Antigua. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely spread the word for you!!

Antigua Plaza is a great place to learn Spanish. From the first time I emailed Ana, everything went smoothly and everyone is very helpful. antigua is absolutely beautiful. I wish I had longer than 2 weeks, you cannot possibly see everything that Guatemala has to offer.
Special thanks to Lesvia and Brenda. They were great and patient with all my questions. if only I had someone to speak hours of Spanish back home hahaha. I definitely will be back and plan to tell all my friends about this wonderful place.

I have had such great 4 weeks! El tiempo vuela! This will be an experience I will have with me forever. I really appreciate all your help and advice. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Antigua Plaza is such a beautiful place, great for learning and a stunning view of the town. Thanks to Irma too, she has taught me so much.

¡Great Spanish School!
For two sixty-something Americans with very little experience, the idea of intensive instruction was daunting. But Antigua Plaza Spanish School was perfect for us. Our instructors, Brenda and Miriam, were patient and knowledgable. They knew how to pace the instruction to our abilities, and our Spanish improved enormously. ¡Thank you Ana!

Antigua Plaza Spanish school is a lighthouse radiating in Antigua which is why is becoming more popular. It doesn´t take too long to realize that everyone in Guate is super nice and helpful!
I´m very grateful to Ana, Sarita and Silvia for being so flexible with me and helping me . The classes were great and I learned a lot. The home stay was also great. Between the school and casa, it was easy to make new friends.
I hope to come back soone to finish my Spanish studies!

Thank you for making our time in Antigua so memorable and enjoyable. We definitely won´t forget our time studying in Antigua Plaza, it has been one of the highlights of our trip. The schools surroundings are beautiful and conducive to learning. We met some great other students which made the breaks very social. The small nature of the school is a real plus giving it a nice intimate feel where you reallly get to know your teachers, learn at your own pace and feel relaxed.
Ana, thank you for being so organized and helpful from replying quickly to emails to helping us with recommendations in Antigua.

I really enjoyed my Spanish lessons at Antigua Plaza. I have learned a lot in a short time and I am really satisfied with the end result. What I like the most were professional teachers, one to one contact between a student and a teacher, school location and nice atmosphere.
Ana was very helpful with all my questions and she did her best to make my stay in Antigua a great experience!

Muchas gracias por todo! We have been at Antigua Plaza for one week and it already feels like home. Thank you for your warm welcome and superior hospitality. We could not have asked for a more caring, helpful and friendly host. We sincerely appreciate all of the extra effort that was put into making our experience special. Even if we forget all of the Spanish we learned (which we promised Irma we wouldn´t), we will always have wonderful memories of Antigua Plaza. Ana, you are one in a million and we can´t wait to recommend you, Irma and the school to everyone we meet. We are so pleased with the learning experience we had here. There is so much to know, we only wish we had more time in Antigua. Hopefully one day we can return for a second visit.

I brought my 3 children ages 19, 14 and 12 to Antigua to study Spanish in Ana´s school. All our teachers worked very hard on our Spanish lessons. My children are very advanced, they tailored each lesson to each of us. Ana is the best. She met us at our hotel to show us the way to the school. She took us to several places and arranged activities every afternoon!
I so enjoyed my week and was sad to see it end.

Antigua Plaza Spanish school was a great experience. I had a very good teacher who worked on oral and grammar with me. The lessons were personalized and all of my questions were addressed. I enjoyed learning Spanish and I also enjoyed the activities after classes. Ana was a great guide for us and Antigua Plaza was very enjoyable and helpful.

The best experience I ever imagined! I learned Spanish and learned Guatemala´s beautiful culture. Ana, the Director was the best support before and during my stay. She was always available with anything I needed. Before I arrived, I had a lot of questions and she answered every email I had within 1 hour!! She is amazing!
My teacher, Irma, was great also. She was very patient considering I had not taken Spanish in 22 years. I especially like taking walks and having conversations in Spanish and additionally learning about Guatemala´s culture.
I would recommend 100% this school to anyone and everyone! I will definitely be back to visit!

When I sent the initial email to Antigua Plaza I had no idea what a great experience I was in for. From right at the very beginning until goodbye drinks. I really have had the best time here and I´m sad to leave. If I didn´t have plans I would happily stay another month or two!
Antigua Plaza made an experience I will come back to. Beautiful, tranquil setting of the school, great teachers, friendly atmosphere and activities. I gained a lot of Spanish. Tabi House is a great place to live and study. I never imagined I would be eating breakfast and studying with a view of a volcano.
Of course the experience would have been different had Ana not been the Director, the friendliest you will find. Ana will help you with anything you need and as well as being the Director of the school she is also a good friend in Antigua.
Thank you so much for such a great experience. I won´t be forgetting it in a hurry!

It´s difficult to know where to start with this. I stayed at Tabi House taking lessons at Antigua Plaza for one month and I´ve thoroughly enjoyed it. I took 4 hours of classes a day, which I found was the perfect amount. I was looking to practise a lot of speaking which my teacher, Yoli, really helped me with. Whilst learning Spanish I also got to learn a lot about Guatemala and Antigua. Yoli always had an interesting story or three. The setting of the school is really something. Nice, calm garden and terrace surrounded by volcanoes - not bad at all!
As great as my lessons were, I think the thing that really separates this school from the others has to be Ana, the school Director. From day 1 she has been friendly, helpful, organised, energetic, etc. She was like a ready made friend in Antigua which obviously added greatly to the whole experience. Whether it was organising (LOTS) of excursions/activities, showing you the important places around town (bank, shops, etc) coming out for dinner or even a few cheeky drinks. She´s been fantastic.
I´m going to miss Antigua, Tabi House, the school and of course Ana. I really wish the best for the future of Antigua Plaza because I think it´s great!

Thanx a lot for an awesome time in Antigua! Thankfully I´m returning in about 9 days, and this time I´m bringing some friends as well. During my stay, Ana has been an adminstrator for the school, a travel agent, a guide, a translator, a bit of a mother and a friend. I don´t know where she gets all this energy from but energy is something she has tons of!
I´d like to thank my teachers as well, they were really awesome!

Thanks Ana for helping us to organise Spanish lessons! We only had one week, but in that time my Spanish has improved so much. I can actually listen and understand! ana was very helpful in organising lots of outings and social events, and also very fast at communicating when we were going to arrive, which was helpful as we were travelling through Mexico. As we mostly needed traveller´s Spanish, Ana helped us to get specific phrases from the teacher, to learn for travelling which was really helpful.
I will recommend this school to other peple!

A mi me gusta mucho Antigua! Mi viaje fue extraordinario. I really enjoy studying at Antigua Plaza. I met wonderful people in a beautiful city. My Spanish has improved a lot! Dear Antigua Plaza and Ana
Muchas, muchas, muchas gracias. When I booked classes with you, I had no idea what an amazing experience it would be. Not only did I get the Spanish classes I paid for but I also got a personalised tour around town, got taught a lot of interesting fact about Antigua, but also made a new friend. I came here for a week and didn´t want to leave, so I stayed an extra week. I don´t know how I will top this experience. Where else in the world can you study in such a peaceful environment surrounded by volcanos, fresh air and such lovely people. Thank you also for finding us a great homestay. They were awesome, provided us with great food and friendship. I wouldn´t change anything about this experience and I can´t wait to come back.
I´m really going to miss my wonderful and funny teacher Pedro and Ana.
I´m really going to remember this amazing two weeks for the rest of my life.

We decided to do a week of classes to refresh our Spanish and we are so glad we chose Antigua Plaza. The garden setting was peaceful and comfortable. The workbooks and teacher were clear and effective. Now we just need to practice.
